Duct Fabrication Facility

History

JAMED Duct Division was established in 1984 and equipped with computerized duct forming line operated by high skilled duct fabricators, producing Duct, Fittings, and their accessories to support JAMED’s HVAC contracting business.

The facility also sales duct, fittings & accessories to other contractors as the production capabilities of the facilities are higher than JAMED demand.

The daily production capacity can reach 3 to 4 tons and to more than 1500 tons per year of ductwork and accessories by utilizing the best and finest quality of sheet metal and the latest state-of-the-art technology and complying with standards such as SMACNA and ASHRAE.

The facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified, registered with ARAMCO ID (10041371) and approved by SEC and other Saudi agencies.

    1. Galvanized, Stainless Steel and Black Steel rectangular duct and fittings without acoustic liner or internally lined.
    2. Spiral duct and Round Fittings.

Materials

    1. Hot dip galvanized steel, lock forming, G90, not oiled, ASTM A653:2008.
    2. Stainless steel Grade 304 or 316.
    3. Black steel.
    4. Aluminum.
